Packaged very simply and efficiently! Had a thank you and more :) Item looked exactly as seen in pictures. I don't know if I ordered a lip scrub or if it came with the order as a freebie, but I love that too! I've been needing one so it's much appreciated if it was a freebie. It's not too sticky like other lip-glosses, so I love that about it. I was looking for a subtle lip-gloss, but it's a bit *too* subtle for me. I just wanted a slight red tint but it's hardly noticeable, but that's not a problem with the product, the product itself is amazing. It took a while to come in, I ordered on July 17th and it came in on August 9th. I didn't ask about it so I'm unsure why it took that long but it still came in and that's the important part <3
